Fort Wayne Community Schools Nutrition Center

CME collaborated with FWCS on a Design-Build project to expand the Nutrition Processing Center with additional freezer and dry storage facilities. We optimized traffic flow for shipping and receiving and coordinated with staff to keep adjacent areas functional during construction. The project was completed on time and within budget, seamlessly integrating the new addition with the existing facility.
