After years of being closed, the MVP bowling alley had fallen into disrepair, with the facility facing numerous challenges due to prolonged exposure to the elements. The lanes and interiors were uneven and heavily weathered, requiring significant attention.
CME Construction stepped in to provide comprehensive design services, overseeing the project's architectural and interior aspects. Our work included installing all-new interior finishes, upgrading the HVAC system, repairing the roof, enhancing the sidewalks, and constructing new restrooms and a pro shop. Additionally, we redesigned the restaurant and bar to create a fresh, modern space.
We revitalized the long-abandoned structure by carefully preserving and repurposing key original elements, bringing it back to life with a fresh new purpose.
