A.S. in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. OSHA 30 Certified and A.S.P.E. Member. Ryan has been a part of the construction industry since 1999, with extensive experience in managing diverse projects across the Midwest. With 22 years at CME Construction and 8 years in his current role, Ryan brings valuable expertise in estimating, project management, and business development to continually foster CME's growth.

Associate's Degree in Building Construction Management from Ivy Tech Community College, Fort Wayne, IN. OSHA 30 Certified, completed ABC Electrical Apprenticeship Program, member of The International Code Council, and holds ICC National Contractor Code Certification. Alan has been with CME Construction for 9 years, serving 3 years in the current role.

Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Ball State University, 1998. Registered in Arizona, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio. NCARB and AIA member. OSHA 30 Certified. Boasts over 24 years of design experience in projects, with expertise in strategic planning, design team oversight, coordinating design and estimates throughout construction. Nathan brings 25 years of industry experience, with 20 years at CME Construction, including 12 years in the current role.

Bachelor's of Science in Management and a Post Bachelorette in Accounting from IPFW. Holds a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license in Indiana. Diana has been with CME for ten years.

Associate's in Business Administration from Bradford School, studies in Computer Science at Otterbein University. OSHA 30 Certified. With 5 years in the construction industry, all spent at CME Construction in her current role. Brings over 20 years of experience in IT and more than 7 years in HR.
