On behalf of the members of Emanuel Lutheran Church, I want to extend our sincere thanks for the work your company performed and supervised for our new Ministry Building. We wanted to build a structure that matched our existing church. We knew this would be a challenge but your company went the extra mile and located Lannon Stone in Wisconsin that matches our church so well that visitors do not even realize our new construction is 55 years younger than our church. You also matched the roof tiles, contacting our original supplier and ordering new tiles to match the old.

But inside we are 21st century construction. The quality of workmanship is evident to all who enter our new building. Not only are we still giving tours to our own members but our people are bringing others in to show them the building. That speaks volumes about the pride our members have in the investment they have made in making this building a reality.

I would be remiss were I not to mention the extra effort your crew made to accommodate our ever changing schedule. They worked around our church's liturgical calendar and were most respectful when we had to make adjustments for funerals. Many thanks are owed to Dave Bade and his crew.

You have build for us a legacy building. This building will serve our members for generations to come. Thank you for your professionalism in providing for our congregation a facility that will enable us to serve others well.

This truly is a day that celebrates our business partnerships in the Fort Wayne marketplace. Since coming to Fort Wayne in 1986 Fastenal has strived to live up to our moto “Growth Through Customer Service”. Over the course of the last 24-36 months part of that mission has been trying to find a location that better serves our customers, the retail marketplace, and our employees as their investment in our business has spurred growth that our current location on 3012 Independence Drive could no longer accommodate. We are very pleased with the local partnership with CME and the solution that have provided us to do so. We are as equally excited for the opportunities this new location will provide for our customers, the general public, and our employees for many years to come. I would personally like to take the time to express my appreciation for the outstanding service your firm provided in the construction of our new 21,000sf addition in Hamilton IN. From the beginning of the design phase through the final walk through your company kept our project on schedule and under budget. I would also like to recognize the excellent coordination of your subcontractors in conjunction with our direct contractors. Zenar Crane Inc. and Western Technologies both took the time to commend me on our selection of a general contractor. As you know this is our third project that we have constructed and the first in the State of Indiana. Without the documentation that was provided to our home office located in Joliet, IL we could not have kept up with the critical design changes required by our pickling and hot dip galvanizing processes. Trey Holcomb provided this information to your concrete crews and all the subcontractors. Paul Martin who served as the superintendent on our project provided us with the highest quality concrete craftsmanship. It is by far the best concrete job we have between all three plants. Again, thank you for the quality product and the professional demeanor of your qualified staff. AAA Galvanizing is hooked on the design build method of construction and your company's ability to provide those services. We had a very important customer visit to our Van Wert plant on Tuesday and the visit went extremely well. This customer brought in their "experts" to look at the plant from a construction and sanitary design review of our packaging and slicing areas. One of the "experts" from England has been involved in plant designs around the world and his comment was that this was the best plant he has seen in the U.S.A. The other "expert" also commented of what a great plant we have. These comments were given in front of our customer which I am sure gives our customer more confidence in Cooper Farms. I wanted to thank the CME construction group for getting some extra help here on Sunday to "spruce up the place" a little. The sanitation group for insuring the plant was in an excellent sanitary condition, as always. And the production group for paying attention to the details on work habits and professionalism.
